Shipping policy

Each wallpaper and sample is made to order and typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Online checkout is currently available for UK delivery only. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability, shipping costs and payment arrangements.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 working days from dispatch.

For international orders, all customs fees, duties and import taxes are covered. There will be no additional import charges to pay on delivery.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at natalie@vineartdesign.com. We’ll investigate with the delivery provider and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
